Staff Gary Linarducci Graduate of Villanova University with a L.L.M. in Taxation 1987. Graduate of Widener University School of Law. Admitted to the Delaware Bar in 1976. Graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University with a B.S. in Marketing. Gary established the practice in 1996, and has been assisting clients since. Gary dedicates most of his practice to Social Security Disability Claims, but also assists clients with Personal Injury Claims, Wills, and Probates. Steven L. Butler Magna Cum Laude Graduate of Widener University School of Law in 2003. Admitted to Delaware Bar December 2003. Admitted to Pennsylvania Bar October 2004. 1998 Magna Cum Laude Graduate of the University of Delaware with a B.A. in Political Science. Steven has been with the office since August 2003. He currently devotes 100% of his time to Social Security Disability Claims. Steven became a partner with the firm January 2007. Marie Coffin Legal Assistant to Gary Linarducci. Marie is responsible for processing client files and general administrative tasks. She also assists our clients in answering questions and providing status updates.
Kim Stapleford Legal Assistant to Steven Butler. Kim is responsible for processing client files and general administrative tasks. She also assists our clients in answering questions and providing status updates.
Andrea McGuigan Legal Assistant. Andrea is responsible for greeting all of our clients, preparing client files, and assisting with general client questions. She is usually the first point of contact that clients have with our office.
Shanee Hayman Legal Clerk - New Castle. Shanee assists in our New Castle office with client inquiries and general clerical duties. |
